RCST, RM, IBCLC,
Kate Rosati is a qualified Midwife, Lactation Consultant and Craniosacral therapist who supports mums in her local area to breastfeed.
Kate qualified as a midwife in 1999, her interest in supporting breastfeeding challenges began when she experienced significant feeding issues with her first daughter. From this experience she went on to explore and deepen her knowledge of why babies experience breastfeeding challenges and how birth can impact on the baby’s ability to breastfeed effectively. Kate qualified as a Craniosacral therapist in 2007 and a lactation consultant in 2010. In 2008 Kate studied under Karlton Terry to explore the world of the baby and how a baby’s prenatal and birth experiences can affect feeding.
Kate’s interest in babies and her desire to deepen her knowledge led her to the work of Matthew Appleton and Jenni Meyer and in 2012 she became one of their assistants.
Kate now divides her time between the NHS working as an Infant feeding specialist midwife, privately as a Cranioscaral therapist and as an assistant with Conscious Embodiment Trainings.
